p9990 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or using the p9990 platform (accessible at p9990.app), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and p9990 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the p9990 platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an account with p9990, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. p9990 operates a strict 21+ policy and will verify age via CNIC or other government-issued identification during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, or family member of an employee or director of p9990 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by p9990 or any other recognised gaming operator or regulatory body.

To use the p9990 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one p9990 account. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under your own identity or another — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. p9990 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, p9990 will require you to complete our KYC verification procedure. You will be asked to submit:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• A recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document) dated within the last three months.

p9990 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All financial transactions on p9990 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p9990 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Deposits: Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300. Deposits are credited to your p9990 balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. p9990 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified under our KYC process and that match the methods used for deposits, subject to applicable limits. p9990 targets processing JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating hours; bank transfer processing times may vary according to the receiving institution's schedule.

Anti-Money Laundering: p9990 maintains strict AML controls. Deposits made and not used for wagering activity may be subject to additional verification before withdrawal. p9990 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or report any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.
• p9990 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are processed at the prevailing PKR-equivalent rate at the time of the request.

p9990 offers various promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Single Bonus Policy: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Players found to have claimed the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or payment methods will have all associated winnings voided.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and identity verification. p9990 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate promotional terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, VPN access, collusion, or systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in voiding of bonuses and potential account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the p9990 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, etc.), as displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to that product.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference number is issued, the odds are locked. Live in-play markets may be suspended or voided at p9990's discretion if the integrity of the event is in doubt or if technical issues affect real-time data feeds.

Casino Games: All casino games on p9990 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the player or p9990. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, p9990 will restore the game to its last confirmed state where technically possible.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and may vary by product, game provider, and account status.
• p9990 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, placed after the official close of betting, or placed in a manner that p9990 reasonably determines to have exploited a pricing error.
• Winnings from voided bets will be reversed. Stake amounts from voided bets will be returned to the player's p9990 balance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the p9990 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with p9990.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any technology to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through p9990.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to place bets that p9990 would not have offered under normal operating conditions.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true identity or location.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity through the p9990 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p9990 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the p9990 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game assets, odds data, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of p9990 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p9990 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the p9990 platform without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any p9990 software.
• Use p9990's name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

p9990 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with p9990, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, p9990 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers acting on our instructions, payment processors necessary to complete transactions, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p9990 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, loss of data, or interruption of service.

p9990's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p9990 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond our reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers) may result in temporary unavailability. p9990 will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

• p9990 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• p9990 is not liable for losses caused by a player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• p9990 is not responsible for the quality, legality, or content of third-party game provider software beyond ensuring that providers are certified and licensed.

Closure by the Player: You may close your p9990 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no active bonus wagering conditions remain unfulfilled.

Closure by p9990: p9990 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms or any related policy.
• A player has provided false or fraudulent information.
• A player's account shows patterns consistent with money laundering or other criminal activity.
• A player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07.
• p9990 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, p9990 may withhold balances pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, p9990 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account.

p9990 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion. These tools are available to all account holders from within the account settings area.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the p9990 platform may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of six months to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, players must not attempt to open a new account or access the platform. p9990 will make reasonable technical efforts to enforce exclusions but cannot guarantee prevention of access in all circumstances if a player deliberately attempts to circumvent exclusion measures.

• Players on self-exclusion will be removed from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion.
• Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately and any winnings accrued during that period will be voided.
• p9990 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact players or restrict accounts where concern exists.

p9990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p9990 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the p9990 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at p9990.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under p9990's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, bonus, or account decision, players should first contact p9990's customer support team with full details of the complaint. p9990 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with p9990's support team, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution process available under p9990's licensing framework. Details of the applicable escalation route are available from our customer support team upon request.

• Players agree not to initiate legal proceedings without first exhausting p9990's internal complaints procedure.
• Any legal proceedings must be commenced within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim; claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
